Are there any fees to use Albert?

Genius maintenance fee

You can open an account with a 30 day trial. There’s a Genius maintenance fee that costs $12.49/month billed yearly or $14.99/month billed monthly and renews until your account is deactivated or closed. You’ll be charged for the maintenance fee 30 days after signing up.

ATM fees

Account holders can access Albert’s network of over 55,000 Allpoint ATMs for fee-free withdrawals. For out-of-network withdrawals, a $3.50 ATM fee will be charged. You may be charged an additional fee by the ATM operator.

Transfer fees

Standard transfers are free, and can take up to 3–6 business days to complete. Transfers can be made between Albert accounts for free and complete immediately. Direct transfers can be made from your Albert Cash account to an external bank account for a $4.99 fee, and typically complete within 10 minutes.
