If you initiate a manual withdrawal or deposit, you may cancel it for up to a few hours after initiating the transaction.
To cancel a pending transaction:
- Tap the setting gear next to Albert Savings on the home screen.
- Scroll down to see your recent transactions and tap the pending transaction you would like to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel" in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap "Okay" to confirm.
Please note that transactions "in progress" may not be canceled because the transfer has already been initiated with your bank.
