To protect the security of your account, the funds deposited into Albert Savings must be withdrawn into the account they came from.
If you have funds in your Albert Savings account
Please withdraw the funds in your Albert Savings to the account originally linked account and pause Albert Savings. Once those funds are back in your account, which generally takes 2-3 business days, please contact support and our team can assist you in switching the account. (Please note: your Albert Savings account balance must be zero before you may switch to a different account.)
If the bank account linked to Albert Savings is closed
Albert will send you a check for the funds in your Albert Savings account. Please contact support via text, or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you no longer have access to the Albert app.
If your Albert Savings balance is zero.
Please contact support, and we will help you set up Albert Savings with your new account.
