Funds deposited into your Savings account may only be transferred to the bank account they originated from in order to protect the security of your account.
If you have funds in your Savings account
Please transfer the funds in your Savings to the bank account you originally linked and pause Savings. Once that transfer has cleared, which generally takes 2–3 business days, and your Savings account balance is $0, please contact Albert support and our team can assist you in linking a different bank account to your Savings account.
If the bank account linked to Savings is closed
We will mail you a check for the balance of the funds in your Savings account. If you no longer have access to your Albert account, please contact Albert support.
If your Albert Savings balance is $0
Please contact Albert support and we will help you set up Savings with your new bank account.
