To receive your cash advance instantly (in under 10 minutes), you need to connect the debit card associated with your linked bank account or connect Instant to your Albert Cash account. This is for two important reasons:

Fast service: Cash advances can only arrive “instantly” if sent directly to a debit card or your Albert Cash account. Otherwise, the advances are sent via ACH transfer, a bank-to-bank transfer that typically takes 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri) to process.

Fraud protection: Together, your linked bank account and associated debit card help us verify your identity and income.
My debit card isn’t connecting. How can I fix this?
Albert Instant requires a secure connection to your debit card to send cash advances. If you’re having connection issues, you can try re-linking your debit card.
To update your debit card:
- On the home screen, tap “Instant.”
- Tap settings (⚙️).
- Under "Account management," tap your linked debit card. You’ll have the option to update the card.
