It pays to have friends. Albert members can send a limited number of free cash gifts to friends and family. To redeem a free gift, recipients must create an Albert account using the link you sent via text message.
How can I send free gifts to friends?
- Open the Albert app
- Tap "Send free gifts to friends"
- Select the gift you’d like to send
- Select a friend to receive your gift!
Requirements
- Your friend is a new Albert member.
- Your friend signs up with your unique gift link that you send via text message.
- Your friend meets the criteria required to successfully complete the signup process.

The Free gift program described above is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
1. Eligibility requirements are outlined in the “Requirements” section above.
2. Your bonus will appear in your Albert Cash Account after you successfully meet the criteria described in the “Requirements” section above. If you do not successfully meet such criteria, you will not be eligible to receive a bonus.
Limitations
1. The only compensation owed to you is as described above or in the Free gift program section of the App. In the event you receive more than one referral link via text message for different referral cash bonus programs, you will only be entitled to the cash bonus where you meet the applicable eligibility criteria and where such cash bonus is associated with the original referral link you used to download the App.
2. If you violate these Terms and Conditions or the terms of the Free gift program, you are automatically ineligible to receive any compensation under the Free gift program.
3. It is within Albert’s sole discretion whether to accept a user of our Services, including but not limited to someone who is invited through a Referral Program, as well as to change any eligibility or qualification criteria of any cash bonus program.
4. The intention of our Free gift program is to generate new Albert users who have created an Albert Cash Account and otherwise qualified for the Free gift in good faith. If we suspect that you are abusing, or attempting to abuse, any Referral Program, we may take any corrective action to discontinue such abuse, including but not limited to deactivating your Albert user account, removing your eligibility to receive any bonus under any Referral Program and seeking recoupment of any prior bonus payments made to you or them.
5. You agree and represent that you will not engage in any solicitation activities under any Referral Program that violate federal or state law, and that you are not subject to an SEC order issued under section 203(f) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (“Advisers Act”), you have not been convicted within the past ten years of any felony or misdemeanor involving conduct described in section 203(e) of the Advisers Act, you have not been found by the SEC to have engaged, or have been convicted of engaging, in any of the conduct specified in section 203(e) of the Advisers Act, and you are not subject to an order, judgment or decree described in section 203(e) of the Advisers Act.
