My debit card isn’t connecting. How can I fix this?
Albert requires a secure connection to your debit card to offer direct transfers. If you’re having connection issues, you can try re-linking your debit card.
To update your debit card:
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap on Automatic deposits
- Under "Primary funding source," tap your linked debit card
- Then, tap “Update card.”
Note: Not all debit cards support the functionality required for direct transfers. Prepaid cards and cash cards such as Netspend, Walmart Money, BankMobile Vibe, Card.com, Go2Bank, AccountNow Prepaid Visa, American Express Reserve, and Money Network Pay Card are not supported for direct transfers.
