To contact support:
- Open the Albert app and tap “Protect.”
- Swipe and navigate to “Identity protection.”
- Select the issue you’re experiencing.
- Tap “Call for help” to contact support.
We partner with Experian’s identity specialists to offer live identity theft protection and restoration services. Our partner specialists can help with canceling and replacing lost cards, restoring your identity, and submitting an identity theft insurance claim.
