Subscribers whose plans include access toGenius customers with Albert Protect can contact our partner specialists at Experian for help with identity restoration, lost wallet recovery, canceling and replacing lost cards, and submitting an identity theft insurance claim.
To contact Experian support:
- Open the Albert app and tap “Protect.”
- Swipe and navigate to “Identity protection.”
- Select the issue you’re experiencing.
- Tap “Call for help” to contact support.
