The Instant Advance is a non-recourse, non-credit cash advance with no mandatory fees and for which Albert has no legal or contractual claim or remedy against you based on your failure to repay. Instant Advances require no credit check, and have no late fees or interest. When you take out an advance with Instant:
- You can receive your funds in your Albert Cash account instantly for no extra fee, or optionally for a fee, you can transfer funds to an external account, typically within minutes.
- An Instant Advance is expected to be repaid within 6 days from when you initially take it out.
- Instant Advance limits range from $25-$1,000.

Albert Loans
Albert Loans are a personal loan you can apply for and use right away. The full loan amount is deposited upfront, and you pay interest on the entire balance over the life of the loan. You'll be able to compare your term and APR options before submitting your application. When you take out a loan with Albert:
- You can receive your funds in your Albert Cash account instantly for no extra fee.
- Repayments for your loan are due based on your loan schedule over time.
- Information about your loan payments may be reported to consumer reporting agencies.
- A credit pull may be required to check your eligibility.
- Instant Loan limits range from $1,000-$10,000.
