How do I activate cash back rewards?

Genius customers can earn cash back when you use your Albert Cash debit card at a variety of restaurants, delivery services, grocery stores, and shops.

Just choose a cash back reward, add it to your card, and start earning cash! All cash back earned will be deposited directly into your Albert Cash account once the merchant transaction is settled — typically within 3 business days (Mon–Fri).

 

To activate a reward:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Checking.”
  2. Scroll down to and view available cash back rewards.
  3. Once you find one you like, tap it and “Add” to your card.

 

You can activate cash back with 1 merchant at a time. Once you receive the reward from the current activated offer, you can activate another offer. You can also switch cash back rewards at any time, disabling your previously chosen reward.

 

Purchases must be spent on qualifying goods or services with your Albert debit card for an activated cash back reward. Gift cards, bill payments, pre-paid phone or credit/debit cards, money orders, bank or wire or peer-to-peer transfers, or other similar types of transactions are not qualifying spend purchases. In some cases, purchases at the merchant for activated rewards may not qualify if purchased through a different merchant or location.
