Some institutions may experience a delay in sending us all of your account information. Please try refreshing your institution to see if the missing accounts appear:
- Go to the "Overview" tab.
- Swipe over to "Accounts."
- Tap an account from the same institution as the missing account.
- Under "Account info," tap "Refresh."
You may encounter an alert that your bank needs to ask you your security questions. If so, please tap "Update credentials" from the account screen to complete that step. It may take our account connection partner up to 24 hours to receive this information.
If you recently added an account to Albert, it can take up to 24 hours for all of your accounts to appear.
