Some institutions may experience a delay in sending us all of your account information. Please try refreshing your institution to see if the missing accounts appear:
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right of the app.
- Tap Connections.
- Tap the institution with the missing account.
- Tap Refresh.
You may encounter an alert that your bank needs to ask your security questions. If so, please tap Update Credentials from the institution screen to complete that and see your accounts.
