Some institutions may experience a delay in sending us all of your account information. Please try refreshing your institution to see if the missing accounts appear:
- Go to the "Profile" tab (👤).
- Tap "Linked accounts."
- Tap the institution with the missing account.
- Under "Actions," tap "Refresh."
You may encounter an alert that your bank needs to ask you your security questions. If so, please tap "Update credentials" from the institution screen to complete that step. It may take our account connection partner up to 24 hours to receive this information.
