There are many ways that you can engage with Albert Genius, and many ways Albert Genius can respond. This is because large language models, like the models used by Albert Genius, are probabilistic, which means they are always producing new and different responses to user inputs. Albert Genius’ outputs are informed by the large language models that it uses, which means that Albert Genius will sometimes reflect the limits of those models and may not always provide complete or accurate responses. Responses from Albert Genius may contain errors or omissions, and offer recommendations that could result in financial losses. You should always exercise your own judgment and confirm the output of Albert Genius before making any decisions and consult with your financial advisor or other professionals as appropriate. The responses generated by Albert Genius should not be construed as financial, legal or tax advice.
We may modify these User Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Your continued use of Albert Genius following the posting or notice of any changes will mean you accept those changes.
If you have feedback or comments about using Albert Genius or the outputs that you receive from using it, we encourage you to let us know by emailing genius-feedback@albert.com.
As we learn more about how our users use Albert Genius and find it most helpful, we may update these guidelines and reserve the right to do so, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time.
