When your Instant repayment is due, it can be repaid by turning on auto pay or making a manual payment.
To view your upcoming payments due:
- On the home screen, tap “Borrow” and select “Albert Instant”
- Go to Settings (⚙️)
- Select “Balance outstanding”
- View your upcoming payments due by amount and due date
To make a manual payment:
- On the home screen, select “Albert Instant”
- Go to Settings (⚙️)
- Select “Make a manual payment”
- Follow the prompts to make a payment
What happens if I don’t repay by the due date?
If your balance is not repaid within the agreed upon date, late fees may apply and you may be suspended from accessing additional draws on your line of credit:
- If your advance is repaid within 15 days after the end of the due date, the suspension may be lifted when your covering deposits are completed.
- If your advance is repaid more than 15 days after the end of the due date, access to advances may be suspended for 30 days or more from when your repayment completes.
- If your advance is repaid more than 30 days after the end of the due date, access to advances may be suspended for 90 days or more from the day your repayment completes.
