PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SECTION 13 INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WHICH REQUIRES, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, THAT ALL RELATED DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ANY SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. 1. Sponsor

The Albert Back-to-School Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Albert Corporation, 440 N. Barranca Ave. #3801, Covina, CA 91723 ("Albert" or "Sponsor"). Albert is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC or Stride Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.

2. General

The Sweepstakes is subject to the official rules set forth herein ("Official Rules") and all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. Each entrant ("Entrant") is limited to a maximum of five (5) total entries during the Entry Period (as defined below) in any combination of entry methods: up to one (1) entry per eligible social media channel (up to four (4) entries across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads; an Albert account is required to enter via social media) and/or up to five (5) entries via the Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE"), provided that the combined total across all methods does not exceed five (5) entries (e.g., four (4) social media entries + one (1) AMOE entry, or two (2) social media entries + three (3) AMOE entries, or five (5) AMOE entries). A total of ten (10) winners will be selected.

3. Timing

All times appearing in these Official Rules are Eastern Time (ET). The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins August 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and ends September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor will conduct five separate drawings to randomly select a total of ten (10) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Such drawings will be conducted both during and following the end of the Entry Period as set forth below; provided that only eligible entries received during the Entry Period and on or before the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date set forth in Section 6 below will be eligible for the applicable drawing.

4. Eligibility

Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their state of residence) or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, each Entrant confirms they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Individuals employed by Sponsor, or its affiliated companies, banking partners, subsidiaries, or advertising and/or promotional agencies or any influencer involved in marketing or promoting the Sweepstakes (including each of the foregoing party's subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, officers, directors, employees and agents, collectively, "Sweepstakes Parties") at any time during the Entry Period or, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment, and members of their immediate family (parent, child, sibling or spouse) or persons living in the same household (those living in the same household for at least three (3) of twelve (12) months preceding the Entry Period), are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Eligible Entrants may submit a maximum of five (5) total entries during the Entry Period in any combination of entry methods: up to one (1) entry per eligible social media channel (up to four (4) entries total across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads; an Albert account is required to enter via social media), and/or up to five (5) entries via the AMOE described below.

Entry Method — Albert account and Social Media Account Required:

To enter on TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and/or Threads:

1. Create or log in to your Albert account at albert.com or via the Albert app;
2. Visit the official @Albertapp account on the applicable platform (TikTok, Instagram, X, or Threads) during the Entry Period;
3. FOLLOW @Albertapp on the platform you are entering on;
4. REPOST/SHARE the official Sweepstakes post from @Albertapp; and
5. COMMENT #AlbertSweepstakesB2S in the applicable Sweepstakes post and tag at least one (1) friend.

Entrants must complete all of the steps listed above in full to submit a valid entry via that platform; completing only some of the listed steps will not constitute a valid entry.

By using #AlbertSweepstakesB2S in your comment you are agreeing to be bound by these Official Rules.

All Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per eligible social media channel for a total of up to four (4) entries across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads, not including the AMOE described below. An Albert account is required to enter via any social media channel. Entrants who do not have an Albert account must use the AMOE method described below. An Entrant's combined total of social media entries and AMOE entries may not exceed five (5) entries. Social media entries and AMOE entries may be combined in any combination, provided the five (5) entry maximum is not exceeded. Entries on one (1) social media channel do not qualify for an additional entry on any alternative social media channel. Entrants may only enter using one (1) social media account on each channel. Entrants should not create additional accounts to enter an additional time. Albert reserves the right to disqualify Entrants found using multiple accounts on the same channel.

If a prospective Entrant does not have an account on one or more of the listed social media platforms, an account can be created on the applicable platform's website. Please note that a prospective Entrant must agree to comply with the applicable platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, or Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Social Media Parties").

Social media accounts must be set to public (privacy setting set to "Off") and must have the ability to receive a direct message from @Albertapp in order for the submission to be a valid entry. Normal internet and data charges imposed by the Entrant's mobile or online service will apply.

No post or account may contain any offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content. Any such post will be considered ineligible. Automated posts (including posts submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be included in prize drawings. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled posts will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Albert account or Social Media Account Required:

Eligible Entrants may obtain up to five (5) entries without creating an Albert account and without participating on social media by using the following AMOE method. Each AMOE submission counts as one (1) entry towards the five (5) entry maximum. An Entrant who also enters via social media may submit additional AMOE entries so long as the combined total of all entry methods does not exceed five (5) entries. If you are submitting only AMOE entries, you may not exceed five (5) AMOE entries total during the Entry Period.

1. Print your full name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with first-class postage to: Albert Back-to-School Sweepstakes AMOE, Albert Corporation, 440 N. Barranca Ave #3801, Covina, CA 91723. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 4, 2026 and received no later than September 14, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. If selected as a winner, your email address will be used to contact you to confirm prize delivery details.

AMOE entries have the same odds of winning as social media entries. Entering via AMOE does not increase chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

6. How to Win

Winner Selection: Sponsor will conduct five (5) separate drawings with five (5) separate pools of entry during and following the Entry Period, with two (2) potential winners randomly selected per drawing, for a total of ten (10) potential winners. The five (5) scheduled drawing dates are on or about: August 21, 2026; August 24, 2026; August 31, 2026; September 8, 2026; and September 15, 2026. To be eligible for a particular drawing, entries must be received during the Entry Period and on or before the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date set forth in the table below. Each drawing will include only eligible entries received on or before the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date. Entries received prior to a given drawing date will carry forward and remain eligible for all subsequent drawings for which the Entrant has not already been selected as a winner. Entries submitted after the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date are not eligible for that drawing but will be included in all subsequent drawings. Potential winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries in the applicable drawing pool. For AMOE entries submitted by mail, "received" means the date Sponsor actually receives the mailed entry, not the postmark date. A mailed entry that is timely postmarked but not received on or before the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date will not be eligible for that particular drawing, but, consistent with the foregoing, will carry forward and remain eligible for the next scheduled drawing (up to and including the final drawing), provided it is received no later than September 14, 2026 as set forth in Section 5 above.

Notification of Winning: Potential winners of each drawing will be notified within ten (10) days of the applicable drawing date via (a) direct message by Albert on the social media channel through which they entered, if applicable, and/or (b) e-mail to the e-mail address provided in an AMOE or social media entry. Each potential winner has seventy-two (72) hours from the time the first notification is sent to respond. Failure to respond within seventy-two (72) hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. Albert reserves the right to put additional controls or processes in place to verify the identity and eligibility of any potential winners prior to awarding prizes.

Undeliverable Notifications: If Albert, acting in good faith, is unable to successfully deliver a notification to a potential winner via direct message or e-mail within the ten (10) day notification period described above (for example, because the potential winner's social media account does not accept direct messages from non-followers, has been deactivated, deleted, or set to private, or the e-mail address provided is invalid, inactive, or otherwise undeliverable), such potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

Albert membership (top tier - Genius) ARV: $39.99/month x 12 months = $479.88 per winner. One (1) year of Albert membership (top tier - Genius) will be applied to each verified winner's Albert account within ten (10) business days of verification; for a winner who already holds a lower-tier Albert membership, this will upgrade that winner's account to the top-tier (Genius) plan for the one (1) year prize period.

Cash prizes of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) will be deposited directly into the verified winner's Albert Savings account within ten (10) business days of winner verification. In the event a verified winner does not have an Albert Savings account at the time of prize fulfillment, regardless of entry method, the $1,000 cash prize will be fulfilled by check mailed to the address confirmed by the winner within ten (10) business days of verification and confirmation of prize delivery details. One (1) year of Albert membership (top tier – Genius) will be awarded to any winner without an Albert account upon the winner opening an Albert account within thirty (30) days of winner notification. If the winner does not open an Albert account within such thirty (30) day period, the membership component of the prize will be forfeited but the cash prize will not be affected. Additional terms and conditions apply to use of your Albert account.

Only prizes specified in the amount indicated will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent, except as noted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should a prize or any component become unavailable. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. The value of the prize may be taxable to the winner as income. Each winner may be required to provide upon the request of Sponsor certain information to facilitate receipt of the prize, including completing and submitting any tax or other forms necessary for compliance with applicable withholding and reporting requirements. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other appropriate form) that reflects the value of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.

7. Limitations on Winning

In addition to the limit of one (1) prize per Entrant with respect to this Sweepstakes, there is a one (1) prize per Entrant limit across all Albert sweepstakes promotions conducted during the January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 calendar year. If you have won a prize in another sweepstakes sponsored by Albert, you will not be eligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by the Sponsor.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning in any given drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or before the applicable Entry Eligibility Cutoff date. Because eligible entries accumulate and carry forward across all drawings, the total eligible entry pool may increase with each successive drawing, and accordingly the odds of winning in later drawings may be lower than in earlier drawings. Each Entrant may only win once across all drawings conducted in connection with this Sweepstakes. Once selected as a winner in any drawing, that Entrant's entries will be removed from all subsequent drawing pools.

9. Right of Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, social media handle, hometown, and statements made by or attributed to them, including, without limitation, any comments, reviews, testimonials, social media posts, or other statements about Albert, Albert's products and services, or the Entrant's experience with Albert, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including print, broadcast, digital, social media, and the Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising, promotional, and marketing activities, without additional compensation, consideration, or further consent. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor specifically reserves the right to use any such statements and content in future promotional materials, advertising campaigns, social media posts, testimonial features, and other marketing communications, whether or not in connection with this Sweepstakes.

10. Miscellaneous Conditions

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by platform users, equipment, or programming errors.

Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to entries. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Entrants are not permitted to use robots, scripts, macros, or other automated services to enter the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Parties, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant from participating who shows disregard for these Official Rules or behaves in a disruptive manner.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties and the Social Media Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with: (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.

11. Privacy Policy

Sponsor's privacy policy is available at albert.com/privacy ("Albert's Privacy Policy"). By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor may collect, use, and share personal information provided in connection with entry in accordance with Albert's Privacy Policy. For AMOE entrants, personal information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment.

12. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability

Subject to Section 13, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 BELOW; (B) EACH PARTY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE NET OF THE ENTRANT'S OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES; AND (D) REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

13. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action between Entrant and any Sweepstakes Parties arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (a "Dispute") shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration to be administered by JAMS pursuant to the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time of the Dispute (available at jamsadr.com); (2) the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §1 et seq.) shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate and all proceedings at any arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration may be conducted telephonically or via videoconference.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute, including disputes regarding the interpretation or application of this agreement to arbitrate. To the extent state law is relevant, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware shall apply without regard to Delaware's choice-of-law rules. If any part or parts of this agreement to arbitrate are found invalid or unenforceable, such specific part or parts shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Mass Action Waiver. All Entrants expressly waive the right to have any Dispute brought, heard, administered, resolved, or arbitrated as a "Mass Action," and neither an arbitrator nor JAMS shall have any authority to hear, arbitrate, or administer any Mass Action or to award relief to anyone other than the individual Entrant in a given arbitration proceeding. The parties also expressly waive the right to seek, recover, or obtain any non-individual relief. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, the arbitrator shall be empowered to determine whether an Entrant has filed a Mass Action in violation of this Mass Action Waiver. Notwithstanding anything else in this Section 13, this Mass Action Waiver does not prevent any Entrant or any Sweepstakes Party from participating in a mass settlement of claims.

For purposes of this Section 13, a "Mass Action" includes, but is not limited to, any instance in which an Entrant or Sweepstakes Party is represented by a law firm or collection of law firms that has filed fifty (50) or more arbitration demands of a substantially similar nature against the other party within one hundred eighty (180) days of the arbitration demand filed on such Entrant's or Sweepstakes Party's behalf, and the law firm or collection of law firms seeks to simultaneously or collectively administer and/or arbitrate all such arbitration demands in the aggregate.

No Class Actions. Each Entrant and each Sweepstakes Party agrees that any and all Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative action. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims, to certify a class, or to adjudicate any Dispute on a class or representative basis. If any part of this class action waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable as to any Dispute, then the agreement to arbitrate shall not apply to that Dispute, and the parties agree that such Dispute shall be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California, with each party consenting to personal jurisdiction and venue in such court.

14. Winners List

The names of confirmed winners will be posted on at the end of the T&Cs landing page and also on Instagram stories (winners will be listed as first name and last initial) within thirty (30) days following the final drawing date and will remain publicly accessible for a minimum of ninety (90) days thereafter. To obtain an official list of the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Albert Back-to-School Sweepstakes Winners List, Albert Corporation, 440 N. Barranca Ave #3801, Covina, CA 91723. Requests must be received by October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

15. Official Rules

The Official Rules are available online at albrt.co/bts-sweepstakes-2026-rules through the final drawing date of this Sweepstakes and for a minimum of ninety (90) days following the final drawing date. To request a printed copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Albert Back-to-School Sweepstakes Official Rules, Albert Corporation, 440 N. Barranca Ave #3801, Covina, CA 91723 by October 25, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
