How does bill lowering work?

We can negotiate your bills for you. We cover a selection of cable, satellite TV, internet, and phone companies as well as and other service providers.

Upload a photo of a bill in the app, and our team of negotiators will call your service provider to negotiate your bill down on your behalf. An Albert Cash account and Genius account fee are required to access bill lowering.

To see if any bills are eligible to lower:

1. Go to the "Overview" tab (📊).
2. Scroll down to "Bills to lower."
3. You'll see a list of bills we can help negotiate.

Once you submit a bill, we’ll keep you updated on it’s progress. Check your email, or view the progress of your bill from the Overview tab. Each bill is different, so the likelihood of success and how much you could save is based on past outcomes from similar bills. In some cases our negotiators may not be able to lower your bill if you’re already paying the best rate.
